3. Conclusion of the Contract

The contract for the purchase of products is concluded when the customer places an order on the website and the company accepts the order through a confirmation email or another appropriate method of communication.

All products offered on the Website are available unless otherwise stated. Prices are listed in Euro (€) and are subject to taxes, shipping costs, or other fees. Price changes are subject to availability and without prior notice.

5. Payment

The customer agrees to pay the prices indicated on the Website. Payments are made in advance via payment methods accepted by the Company, which include credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed during the checkout process.

6. Delivery and Shipping

  • Delivery of products occurs after confirmation of the order and payment within 3-5  business days.

  • Shipping costs will be shown to the customer during the ordering process.

  • Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer.

  • We are not liable for delays or lost shipments caused by third parties (e.g., shipping companies).

7. Right of Withdrawal and Return

  • The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the goods.

  • The goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

  • Customized or personalized products are excluded from return unless they are defective or damaged.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the goods are defective or delivered incorrectly.

8. Warranty and Liability

  • All products are covered by statutory warranty rights.

  • We are not liable for damages caused by improper use of the products or by third parties.

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the respective product.
